Excerpt from Title Papers of the Clamorgan Grant of 536, 904 Arpens of Alluvial Lands in Missouri and ArkansasIn offering a portion of this valuable tract of land for sale, the proprietors do not deem it necessary to enumerate its advantages of situation, soil, and climate, as the papers submitted herewith exhibit every thing necessary to be known in relation thereto. It may be proper to observe, that Don J. Clamorgan had two grants from the Government of Spain: this is the southern one, and the United States have thus far respected it, no surveys having been made within its limits.

Do 5, Deed of Trust, showing that the land is held in trust for the benefit of the proprietors.
