Some very good advice followed by strange conclusions (like: when your paragraph length is not consistent, readers will close the book... Anybody believes that?) or blunt generalisations (like: writers who overuse a punctuation mark are X and writers who underuse that same mark are Y). If you pick the good advice and ignore the rest, the book has a lot that makes you think and sufficient information to make you more confident with the use of punctuation marks, and that's worth 4 stars.
